This week I’m living through a dream come to reality. I’ve wanted for a long time to provide play therapy trainings as an approved provider through the Association for Play Therapy. Last spring I launched the Michigan Play Therapy Training Academy … and THIS week I’m holding a 5 day intensive Summer Camp!
The first day we focused on the IMPORTANCE of PLAY. When I asked my “campers” what is learned through play, here’s what we came up with:
