A couple things to note while reading my blog:

    1. Yup, I'm a psychologist and I this is one place I share my perspective as a therapist and parent. However, it is by NO MEANS a replacement for seeking individualized face-to-face services/treatment.

    2. Most, if not all, of my projects and activities for kids are to be done with close ADULT SUPERVISION because they are intended to help foster healthy relationships and bonds. They should be done one-on-one with a child, or in small groups. Please use common sense considering the age and abilities doing the activities.

    3. To help pay for the expense of the blog I have "click-through" advertisements which I get paid a percentage for. I also receive free products to review. My reviews are always based on my honest opinions of the product.
