Essential start of the day	A few minutes of quiet time at the dining room table – breakfast and my prayer journal while my kids watch a little tv or play quietly. (They wake up earlier than me, no matter how early I wake up.)

favorite Ice Cream flavor	mmm… ice cream! I don’t have a favorite. I love peanut butter ice cream, cherry ice cream, pecan ice cream, almond, chocolate, vanilla, banana… The only ice cream I don’t love is coffee-flavored.

Best Vacation	My husband and I took a 10-day cruise for our honeymoon.
What makes you late	I always think I have time for ONE. MORE. THING. Before I leave, and then I end up leaving too late.
Xrays you’ve had	I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I’ve had tons and tons of x-rays of every part of my body.
Yummy food that you make	Everything I make is yummy, but I’m especially good at baking. Gluten-free cheesecake, turtle brownies, pecan pie (all on my blog, of course)
