Occupation Primary school teacher – I’ve been teaching for 15 years and deputy principal of a large senior primary school for the past 6 years. I am currently taking a career break (unpaid leave) to be a SAHM to my little monkeys. In Ireland, public employees such as teachers are permitted to take a certain number of years “off” and then return to their same job/position after the agreed time – extremely helpful for parents of young children.
a weird thing in your Purse/bag Not that weird, but not in everyone’s bag – my asthma inhalers – I’m an acute asthmatic, but have it under control at the moment.
favorite Quote Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain!

Unusual Fact I broke a rib last year from coughing when I had pneumonia!
Best Vacation As a family – a recent camping trip in the South of France – AMAZING. Before kids – Travelling around Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar in Africa.
What makes you late Nothing – I am slightly obsessed with being on time or even early – drives my hubby insane lol !
Xrays you’ve had Pretty much every part of my body – was a very active child and had several fractures! Most recently was a chest xray and CT scan due to a serious illness last year.
Yummy food that you make Red wine beef casserole with mashed potatoes is probably my signature dish – perfect comfort food.
favorite Zoo animal Elephants or meerkats
