A Simple Snack … or how to get kids to eat yogurt

My kids have always loved yogurt.  Probably because it was one of the first “solid” foods they were introduced to.  But we make eating yogurt even more fun sometimes by adding sprinkles.  Because sprinkles make everything taste better!

Have you tried this?  What about other tricks to make food more fun?  I’d love to hear!

    My kids actually love yogurt so no need for sprinkles. I’ve tried various things to get them to eat fish or fish sticks with no luck. Maybe I’ll add sprinkle to that, LOL!

    Ranch dressing always works… though it is a bit more high-calorie and habit-forming. But it gets Benjamin to eat what the rest of us are eating some days, so we go with it.

    To get some protein in the kids for breakfast, I will add peanut butter to waffles or banana slices. Actually, since her second birthday, Ella always eats waffles with sprinkles, too. I did it that morning and it stuck. ( :
