April Showers bring … Rain Art!
Last week I was browsing through the ideas on the Weekly Kid’s Co-Op Linky and saw a Rain Art post from Freshly Planted. My daughter saw it too, over my shoulder, and insisted we do it, “Right now!” It was perfect timing, because it was raining. So, we did!
I got out the paint and paper … and she got to work! After each painting was complete inside, she took it out on the back deck for the raindrops to complete the art.
She didn’t want to bring them in when it was time for bed, so in the morning we were only left with blank pieces of paper.
Here’s a video of our lovely experience, put a fitting piece of music by Enya.
