“The most memorable Valentine’s Day I ever had was …” – FTSF #6

This week’s prompt:
“The most memorable Valentine’s Day I ever had was …”
… I’m gonna cheat a bit and tell you about 2 very memorable Valentine’s Days. The most recent memorable Valentine’s Day was 2 years ago when we spent Valentine’s Day as a family together splashing around at the Atlantis hotel water park in the Bahamas. It’s hard to get better than waking up Valentine’s morning on one of the Disney Cruise line ships and then spending the day basking in the sun at an amazing water park. I don’t think I could EVER forget that day.
The other memorable Valentine’s Day happened before kids. We were newly married and I was in my doctorate program. I came out of class to find my husband standing there with a bunch of balloons and flowers to wish me a Happy Valentine’s Day. It was quite a surprise (and the envy of most of my classmates and professors)! My husband then instructed my to check my school mailbox … which I always did before I left school. The mailbox was stuffed FULL of DVDs … each one of my romantic movies. How cool. And DEFINITELY unforgettable!
OH … and there was that other time that my husband took me out to dinner for Valentine’s Day and there was already flowers waiting for me at our table!
I know … that’s THREE. I’m a pretty lucky lady!

Oh my, I’m drooling over the Disney Cruise and Paradise Island trip! The Atlantis is beyond amazing, and I don’t think that Valentine’s Day could ever be topped! Thanks for linking up with us again!
