The Virtual Book Club for Kids … is going to continue ALL YEAR!

I am SO happy to share that the host, Kristina of Toddler Approved, of the Virtual Book Club for Kids has decided to grow and expand the club for the ENTIRE year.

I love the Book Club because it helps me to make a commitment to having the kids and I do an in-depth study of one author each month. It’s been our monthly routine throughout the summer to go to the library and check out ALL the books we can find by the featured author of the month (as well as round up the ones we already have at home!). It’s a fun way to find new favorites and inspiration … and now it will continue throughout the year!

We’d love you to join in the fun … Here’s a reminder of what you need to do each month…

Pick your favorite book by that month’s author (or a new one you want to check out) and read it with your child or class.
Create an activity, project, craft, cooking project, etc. related to the book and do it.
Come back and share it with us as part of a big blog hop on the third Monday of the month. The linky will be live for 3 weeks, so if you aren’t ready to post on the exact date… just join in when you can! If you don’t blog, you can share what you did on our Facebook wall, email us, or just comment on the post.
